The Aqua Eyes formula is one of my absolute favorites. The color delivered is vivid and even. The formula is perfect for smudging into a smoky-eyed look, but then dries to a waterproof, budge-proof finish. I’m serious about the staying power of these pencils, they are what you’d want to wear if you expect to do a lot of crying (think New Year’s Eve)!
