I was fiercely loyal, as I knew they created cosmetics with consideration to my complexion.

MAC must be aware of this phenomenon, as they recently announced a shade extension to their permanent Prep+Prime Beauty Balm collection. I recently took Wet N Wild “Wild Shine” nail color in the shade Dreamy Poppy for a spin!  When I applied this formula, it seemed thin compared to other brands that I use.  This didn’t compromise on color, however, and also delivered a quick-drying streak-free finish.  When I added that second coat the product looked flawless, like a sheet of glass with a gleaming shiny finish.  This product is free of Formaldehyde, Toluene and Phthalate.

Retail price is (are you kidding me???) $0.99!  I don’t think I’ve ever featured anything this inexpensive on Raging Rouge, ever!
