NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow is providing me with this wonderfully rare opportunity.  The formula is described as “transformative” by the brand, and it’s a description that fits like a glove. I’ve reviewed many wet/dry shadows in the past. Generally, the addition of water simply changes the intensity of color.  In the case of NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow, the texture of the product changes too.  From a high-pigment powder, this product transforms to the consistency of a gel liner.
