Laura Mercier Mayan Sun Lip Crayon
From the Laura Mercier Folklore Collection comes Mayan Sun, a smooth and glossy lip crayon that delivers a summer-worthy shade of sunset orange.
I was sent a sample of this product to play with, and I’m such a fan of the Lip Crayon format. The formula is super glossy and dewy looking, but with the control and vivid color of a lipstick.
Other shades available are Folklore a vivid purple-fuchsia, and Burnt Clay a deep shade of brown.
Retail price is $22.

Rimmel London Match Perfection Blush in Medium
Rimmel London always makes this beauty blogger’s job easy, producing a budget friendly product that also does a fantastic job accentuating natural beauty. Their Match Perfection Blush in the shade Medium contains three different colors for mixing and accenting: a medium pink shade, a mauve/bronze shade, and a pale peach highlight.
The resulting book is so sheer and natural I actually had difficult times swatching these colors for you to view! The look delivered is much like a watercolor painting, a very subtle natural shade brushed over the skin.
Retail price ranges from $5-6.
