I’ve been a bit scarce this week readers, but with good reason! I was prepping to go see these energetic young lads in concert last night. A Tuesday night concert when you have kiddos in school isn’t easy to pull off. It was simply an amazing opportunity to get to see U2 in concert, and get to re-live the magic that was The Joshua Tree. That album was basically all I listened to back in the summer of 1987.

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Lines Foundation Review
The very first product I tried when I received a giant tower of press samples from IT Cosmetics was the new IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Lines Foundation. Why? When it comes to complexion products, IT Cosmetics has consistently delivered superior product. My aging skin is always searching for a foundation that will give it a boost, and this formula simultaneously works as an anti-aging treatment!
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Lines Foundation Review and Swatches
Upon trying IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Lines Foundation, I was hooked. This full-coverage formula conceals all imperfections like a champ, and also hydrates the skin! The formula also contains hydrolyzed collage,n, peptides, caviar extract, argan oil and vitamins. It’s working to improve the appearance of your skin while you’re wearing it!

BareMinerals Serums For Every Skin Type
If you’re looking to amp up your skincare routine, serum is a must. Serum is a highly-potent formula designed to be the first step of your skincare routine, and depending on the ingredients it can help you achieve a number of different goals! Shown above are three bareMinerals serum formulas I recently had the opportunity to try. In my mind, from left to right above, they are a chronological progression of skincare needs from youth to maturity. If you’re looking for a serum perfect for you, there are bareMinerals Serums For Every Skin Type!
At left is bareMinerals Blemish Remedy– a great choice for youth through early adulthood, this serum contains acne-busting salicylic acid, licorice root and meadowsweet extracts, and zinc. The formula is intended to treat breakouts, minimize oil production and calm inflammation. Retail price is $42.
Next is bareMinerals Brilliant Future– targeted to deliver radiance to adult skin, and keep the signs of aging at bay. Topical vitamin C is essential for keeping the skin looking youthful! Manganese, chai hu extract, and peptides all work to ward off mother nature’s wrath. Retail price is $55.
Finally at the right is bareMinerals Ageless Genius– for mature skin, this serum helps to reduce the appearance of lines and increase firmness. Vitamin A is the miracle-worker in this formula, supplemented by mineral gold and peptides. Retail price is $60.
Overall, I have loved each of these serums, although the best fit for my 40-something skin is absolutely bareMinerals Ageless Genius. Normally I think of serum as an evening ritual, but not these formulas from bareMinerals! These feel lightweight and comfortable enough to wear even under makeup during the day!
BareMinerals products can be purchased directly from BareMinerals.com. Other retailers of the brand include Sephora, Ulta, and QVC.
Love a steal? Be sure to check out the brand’s sale section, with some original retail prices marked down to over 50% off!
