eyeSlices- For The Sleep-Challenged!
Sleep is a more valuable commodity than gold in my household. My three year old recently dropped his nap (oh, how I miss his beloved nap!) and I am suffering. My eight month old has yet to truly sleep through the night, and I'm stuck in a sort of sleep limbo.
One of my New Year's resolutions was to get more rest, but here it is, March… and I am failing miserably. Quite literally, I am running on caffeine at this point. The good news is, eyeSlices exist, to help me take the edge off.
The latest weapon in my battle against fatigue, these reusable pads cool and soothe the eye area, helping to rejuvenate even the most tired among us! But they do much, much more! The ingredients utilized in eyeSlices not only relieve tired eyes, reduce puffiness and improve dark circles… they also deliver a potent anti-aging formula directly to the delicate eye area.
eyeSlices are reusable up to ten times! eyeSlices retail for $20, refills retail for $15. Click HERE to check them out online.

MAC Studio Sculpt Well Defined Foundation
My poor pale skin is a shade that is apparently difficult to match. When I decided to start wearing foundation in the 90s, I journeyed from makeup counter to makeup counter in search of a shade to call my own, only to fail.
MAC understands this dilemma, and has answered the challenge with their new Studio Sculpt foundation and concealer. Available in 23 shades, women with light or dark skin have the opportunity to select foundation with either warm or cool undertones, ensuring a perfect match!
My experience with these products has been extremely positive. As a very fair-skinned person, I was relieved there were so many options that didn't look yellow on my skin. The gel-based formula is utterly blendable, long-lasting and light on the skin. Definitely test this out if you have an important event to attend. The medium coverage will photograph beautifully. I also mix this foundation with moisturizer to make it sheer for more casual situations. The foundation retails for $28 and the concealer retails for $16.50. Both are less expensive than many other high-end department store options in similar sizes.

MAC Cream Team
I have learned a very important lesson of late. When MAC uses the word “Creme”, you should sit up and take notice. I love Cremesheen lipsticks. Cremesheen’s sheer color and super-creamy consistency are off the charts.
A surprise is how much I have come to love this bright lavender shade of Cremesheen, “Lavender Whip”. In the tube, it looks shockingly bright. On the lips, it’s a delightful but subtle way to incorporate cheerful Spring color into your look. I have always loved pale purple shades on the eyes, but never imagined it could look so great on the lips!
Love it? Well, you’ll have to go on the hunt. Everyone else does too! Lavender Whip is sold out online, but do check your local MAC counter to sample it on yourself! While you’re there, be sure to check out the recently introduced Cremesheen Glass. Pair this lippy with Cremesheen Glass in “Ever So Rich”, a sheer lilac super-shiny gloss that adds show-stopping shine.
