If Blinc sent a sample of their "Kiss Me" mascara to every consumer in this country, they would quickly become a mascara monopoly.
Similar to Blinc mascara, their eyeliner can only be removed with a combination of pressure and warm water. While liquid eyeliner has always been intimidating, this product was a snap to apply using the precision brush in the bottle. I was able to draw a perfect, black, Dita Von Teese-worthy black line above my upper lashes. It didn’t budge ALL DAY!
