This season, brows remain a focal point in the beauty world, and some ridiculous trends have cropped up as a result. So far I have seen photos of feather brows, wavy brows, braided brows… ugh. I am channeling my inner Regina George and saying “stop trying to make fetch happen” to the Gretchen makeup artists who are simply trying too hard. That being said, perfect shape, zero sparse areas, and every single hair in place are absolutely how you nail the trend. IT Cosmetics Brow Power Product Review
The IT Cosmetics Brow Power Pomade is a super-star product. This completely clear brow gel can be applied to the brows easily with a teensy little applicator brush. The formula provides a tiny bit of hold to unruly brows, without making them look stiff or glossy. Retail price is $24.
IT Cosmetics Brow Power Powder is available in a shade named “Universal Transforming Taupe” that apparently adjusts its color based on the pressure used during application! Not sure how anyone else feels, but this color does indeed work perfectly with my brow shade. Using the IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Brow Power Universal Brow-Transformer Brush No. 21, you can brush the powder beneath your brows to fill in sparse areas and correct any misshaped spots. The dual-ended design means you can apply the product and shape the brows with one tool. Retail price is $24 for the compact, and $24 for the applicator brush.
