I’ve owned many Estee Lauder limited-edition holiday compacts over the years, but never one of the high-end, intricately-adorned designer editions, like the Estee Lauder Lady Of The Sea Holiday Compact from the 2017 holiday collection. These compacts are truly a treasure you can carry with you daily. This year’s collection was designed by Monica Rich Kosann. Her background in designing fine jewelry pieces results in a sea-themed collection of compacts with the impact of statement jewelry.
The compact comes housed in a box fit for jewelry. Hang on to the box! It’s an ideal way to store the compact when you aren’t using it.
This compact is filled with a translucent pressed powder. Hitting pan is no problem, these compacts are refillable and can be used over and over again!
The compact features Swarovski crystals on the mermaid’s tail, and a gleaming gold electroplate brass case.
To open the compact, simply press the mermaid’s tail, and the lid of the compact will flip up.
Prices of these collectible holiday compacts vary. The Estee Lauder Lady Of The Sea compact was originally $150.
