Prestige Cosmetics Total Intensity Eyeliner is an excellent budget selection. The Total Intensity formula has a slick, emollient feeling while applying. It’s very blendable, and then dries quickly leaving behind intense, vivid color. The shade featured in this post is Fierce Blue, an electric sapphire that is a stunner! Blues like Fierce Blue are my favorite eye pencil shades for Fall 2012. They refuse to be ignored.
Overall, I’m impressed with the quality of this eye pencil for the price, and also the entire Prestige Fall 2012 color selection. The usual suspects are available of course, like Fall’s rich gemstone shades. Trendier shades like olive and teal are also available, to make the 8-shade selection complete!
