What style do you never want to see again?
The half-head shave! I’m not sure how this trend picked up but I can’t wait to see it go away.
What does your role of Avon Global Stylist Adviser entail?
I love my new position at Avon! Beyond shopping their awesome product closet, I help create the trend reports and provide styling tips. I love being associated with a company that shares my values and believes in empowering women.
What treatment do you recommend for your own celeb clients?
I love warming up a towel in the microwave, adding some conditioning treatment, and then wrapping hair up. Locks will be deeply moisturized and nourished.
What’s the top hair trend for Spring 2010?
Variations on the bob is so big right now. Forget the 20’s Flapper version – the modern bob can be anywhere from the nape of the neck to the top of the shoulders. It’s all about personalizing the bob for your own face shape, hair texture, etc.
What’s the biggest hair mistake?
Not getting regular trims.
