I’ve been really into blue eye pencils these days, so my basic black and neutral browns have had a chance for a wee bit of a makeup nap. While photographing swatches of Midnight Bleu, I just had showcase how perfectly precise this eye pencil applies. You are able to draw the most wispy thin precise line with this eye pencil, it’s really quite unbelievable how controllable it is.
