I last published some eye makeup application advice from Jessie Powers for New Year’s Eve… and have to say I really LOVE her makeup ideas! Well, now that Make Up For Ever has launched Aqua Liner, she’s back! Today’s post features advice on how-to apply liquid liner like a pro! The best news for the liquid-liner challenged? There are only FOUR steps to the process!
1. Draw a thin line of liquid liner centered on the upper lash line directly above the pupil.
2. To create the liner “tail”, choose the end point of your tail slightly above and outside the natural lash line. Then, with your eyes open and focused forward, draw a line from the tail’s end point down toward the outer corner of the lash line.
3. Next, with the eyes open and focused forward, draw a line from the end of the tail connecting it to the liner on the center of the upper lash line. Continue these strokes until the tail is completely filled in.
4. Finally, draw a liner from the inner corner of the upper lash line to the middle of the upper lash line, connecting the two sections.
Jessie’s final advice? REMEMBER, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!

this is really cool and of great help, yesterday I was playing around with some new shadows I bought but with the weather being hot and quite rainy here these days I don’t really feel like wearing full eyeshadow so I took a very thin paintbrush (yes u read that right ^_^) wet it and dipped it in water then applied a thin line of shadow close to my lash line and guess what? I even had a hard time removing it after it dried andit looked really nice and original, I think that will be my go-to-makeup for a few wekks now and that way I can try the “bold” colours that I was too much of a scaredy cat to try
I will try this shape tomorrow to see how it turns out, it could be a very good surprise.
Thanks! =)
