The art of writing is dying–in this blogger’s humble opinion. Electronic copy gives instant gratification and can quickly be broad-casted to the world. However, a part of me deeply misses rich, textured parchment paper, fine writing tools and wax to seal pristine envelopes.
L’Occitane Pivoine Flora Color Cream Duo in Abricot
L’Occitane filled that void for me with the packaging of its Color Cream Duo compact from the Pivoine Flora make-up collection. The heavy textured paper packaging has an old-world feel, as if you just stumbled upon an extremely important ancient treasure map.
Of course, the treasure is actually right inside! This duo of creamy cheekcolor contains one cream blush and one luminous highlighter for a delightfully low price!
If a peaches and cream complexion is what you’re after… you’ll want to dip into the shade “Abricot”. The universally flattering apricot-shaded cream blush should be used on the cheeks and the golden beige shade is a highlighter.
The formula utilizes natural mineral pigments (perfect for sensitive skin) and peony extract for softening the skin.
