The surprise? As blendable and smudgy as these are, when you let them dry, they do not budge! Seriously! Head to your local MAC counter and try it out. Draw a thick line on your inner arm, and let it dry for a minute or two. Then try to smear it with your fingers, really hard. It really resists your attempts to smudge! Quite amazing.
