Launched about a year ago, MAC Opulash quickly became one of my all-time favorite mascaras. Opulash delivers even color to every little lash with its large, full applicator brush. The formula adds both length and volume, but truly mimics the soft appearance of natural lashes. The mascara is buildable without getting clumpy or making lashes look stiff. Optimum Black has an almost matte appearance to it, and its dramatic ultra-black appearance is truly a Fall 2011 must-have.

You are so lucky to get to try out samples before the products go on sale to the public. I never leave the house without mascara (always in black) and usually end up spending the majority of my makeup application time applying (and re-applying mascara) to get full, dramatic lashes. It totally changes a face! I can’t WAIT for this one to come out for sale. Is it waterproof, too?
