I’ve mentioned my obsession with lip pencils back in the 90s. My double-ended chunky lip pencil was all I needed on my travels. The finish was matte, and the formula long-lasting. It was perfect for my on-the-go lifestyle, since I never knew when I would get to reapply.
MAC Pro Longwear Lip Pencil Review
MAC Pro Longwear ranks high among my short-list of favorite lip pencils.
Fall’s MAC Styledriven collection contained 10 shades of Pro Longwear lip pencil, from a creamy beige all the way to a deep dark brown. These were the first products from the collection I sampled, immediately falling into my old habits of preferring a pencil above all else! Lip Pencils are great to define the lips, or as a base for lipstick. However, I apply the shade over the entire lip, as a stand-alone lip color.
MAC Pro Longwear products have yet to disappoint this beauty blogger. This is a product that passes my “Seattle coffee test” with flying colors. If you have some holiday egg nog sipping in your future, be sure you’re armed with an appropriate shade of Pro Longwear Lip Pencil so your color stays put!
