The DSquared2/MAC makeup collaboration is my favorite MAC collection of the year. Why? This flat little Lip Conditioner is a great way for me to kick off my explanation.
The DSquared2 collection by MAC is filled with surprises. For example, this Tinted Lip Conditioner in Fuchsia Fix delivers a jolt of bright pink color, as you’d expect by looking at it. The surprise bonus is that once applied it is moisturizing to the point of feeling utterly therapeutic. You’d never guess it was lip color, the formula is so effective. It feels like something you’d wear to bed to heal cracked, chapped lips.
Retail price is $14.50 per jar. As I write this, it’s still available on the MAC website. How on earth did this not sell out yet? Best. kept. secret. ever. This little baby is limited-edition, so when it’s gone, it’s gone. But please MAC… I beg you to make this a permanent part of the collection (and add more shades)!
