When hot Summer months roll along, we all need two things. We need to soothe dry, sun-parched skin (especially after a visit to the beach). We also need to make those gams look glam! MAC To The Beach Body Oil in Seaside and Man Rays are two shades that accomplish both of these tasks well.

Their appearance in the bottle may be daunting, but MAC To The Beach Body Oils are actually not heavy like body bronzers. First and foremost, they are body oil. Once blended, the color they impart is sheer, and more natural than a body bronzer.
Above are swatches of Seaside (left) and Man Rays (right). Seaside is an excellent choice for a fair skinned gal in search of softer skin and a wee bit of interest. The shade is a flesh-tone, with sparkles. In the swatch above the shades aren’t fully blended, so the overall look wearing these would be less intense. Man Rays is a golden shade of tan that’s a great pick to either accentuate a natural tan (the golden sheen is goddessy) or to fake it a bit where no tan exists. My pick for the season is definitely Man Rays… I am literally as pale as a ghost!
