Upon first look at the 13L swatch, I’m sure you are thinking this shade is for the lips. But, no! This bright pink is for the eyes! In fact, I’ve never really heard of the term electric pink before, but I do think that term describes 13L perfectly.
Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes smudges to perfection and also happens to be waterproof! This eye pencil is my weapon of choice when I plan to swim, as it stays perfectly put. Club-goers: you can dance the night away and expect this product will stay perfectly in place.
