Make Up For Ever Aqua XL Eye Pencil is amazingly creamy and malleable when you apply it. A smudge brush will be your best friend, because when this pencil is smudged it makes even a shaky application look smooth and even. Once the color sets, it stays in place. When Make Up For Ever promises it is waterproof, they mean it. If you have a tropical vacation coming up and don’t want to hit the beach without makeup, this eye pencil will be your best friend.
