I LOVE nail art, but as easy as those YouTube “how to” videos make it look, the truth is it’s just damn difficult and time consuming! So I’ve given up on dotting, water marbling, and stamping. Instead I’ve been shopping for funky, chunky top coats like OPI Polka Dot Com to add some modern flair to my mani!
OPI Polka.com is from the Euro Centrale collection that launched in Spring 2013. I used it over brights in the summertime, but it easily works for Fall as well (over a nice deep gray would be superb). This is a clear coat filled with multiple shapes and sizes of purple and blue glitter.
**Trick** use this as a top coat to quickly disguise chipping nails!
