NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow is providing me with this wonderfully rare opportunity. The formula is described as “transformative” by the brand, and it’s a description that fits like a glove. I’ve reviewed many wet/dry shadows in the past. Generally, the addition of water simply changes the intensity of color. In the case of NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow, the texture of the product changes too. From a high-pigment powder, this product transforms to the consistency of a gel liner.
Meet Lysithea (left), a smoky charcoal gray, and Dione (right), a mushroom brown. Each are perfect additions to your neutral eye makeup wardrobe. Want to see these colors truly sing, though? Click through for images of wet vs. dry. You don’t want to miss this.
NARS Dual Intensity Eyeshadow Review
The intensity of color changes with the addition of water, the gel-like consistency makes it as easy and smooth to apply as my long-time favorite eye-paint (still adore Snake Eyes), and the finish positively gleams in the light. NARS Dual-Intensity Eyeshadow is also a great pick for travelers, scoring points for both versatility and compact packaging.
Retail price is $29 per shadow, and well worth it to own this product that performs so well in two different ways.
