NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencils have been a long-time favorite of this beauty blogger. I used Dolce Vita waaaaaaay back in 2008 and fell instantly in love with the soft, girlish pink shade. This staple product now has 10 new shades joining the permanent collection, bringing the total color count up to 28.
