Who says a matte finish has to look dry? Bobbi Brown Creamy Matte Lip Color is amazingly rich, vibrant, and the finish is matte but looks decadent and creamy.
The brand passed along the shade “Heart” for me to play with, one of the newest colors in the collection. This is one serious starlet red. The shade is one of the purest reds I’ve ever seen, and applies smoothly and streak free. This lipstick feels feather-light on the lips, no traditional chalky matte here!
