October 1 (today!) begins Breast Cancer Awareness month. In honor of this great cause, I’ll be mentioning and reviewing many beauty products that donate proceeds to Breast Cancer Awareness.
After having baby #2, there were certain things I was immediately able to do again… one of which was easily see my feet. Horrified, I realized my nail technician hadn’t been doing a very good job taking care of my tootsies while I couldn’t. The dark callouses on my feet looked as if I’d been training for a marathon by running barefoot on asphalt. Yuck!
I went to town on my hideous feet with the Pink PedEgg. The ergonomic shape of this file makes it incredibly easy to hold and use (unlike many other foot files that are perched at the end of a very long awkward stick). The file is used on clean dry feet, making it an easy task to fit into even the busiest schedule. The PedEgg also comes with adhesive "finishing pads" to buff the skin to a smooth finish.
I felt a certain strange satisfaction upon opening the PedEgg to reveal the shavings of callous removed from my heels. But if a pedicure well done isn’t satisfying enough, you’ll be happy to read that $50,000 of the proceeds for the Pink PedEgg will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. If you’ve ever wanted to try this product… now is a great time to grab one!
Retail price is $10. Click HERE to buy it from PinkPedEgg.com. Pink PedEgg can also be found in drugstores like CVS and Walgreens. I even saw it at Bed, Bath & Beyond!
