You can catch the effect a bit more in my second Velvet Plum swatch… this plum cream liner is laced with blue pearl. It gives that extra little something special when sunlight hits it. I’m truly impressed with the staying power of Vincent Longo Crème Gel Liner. When applied it is easy to control, and very malleable. Once it sets, it won’t budge! I get extremely long wear out of this product.
