I’ll admit, I’m really NOT sure if I am ready! The world of beauty seems to be welcoming back pink with open arms, just as I was getting used to its absence! EVERY Spring 2013 collection I’ve samples thus far features pink!
MAC Pressed Pigments
MAC Pressed Pigments deliver the same vivid color you’ve come to know and love from their loose powder pigments, but these allow for more controlled application, and are also less messy! The second you drag a makeup brush over the surface of a Pressed Pigment, the pigment crumbles beneath it for a somewhat familiar loose texture.
If you can’t warm up to pink like Sweet Acting, swatched above (I am REALLY trying), definitely check out the shade Smoky. Shades of gray like smoky will continue to be popular going forward, and cool hues like this one seem to be replacing warm chocolates as the go-to eye defining color choice.
