Let me be clear… if you’re going to bother applying eye makeup, primer is a necessary first step. It evens the skintone of the lid, increases the intensity of your shadow, and lengthens the wear time. What’s not to love? This Fall, tarte is really establishing a reputation as a superior brand for complexion perfecting products. Their CC Eye Primer is incredible. The shape is that of a crayon, so it’s simple to apply to the lid, and then blend with a finger.

The shade of this tarte CC Eye Primer was a great match for my skin. I have a tough time finding product that matches my fair complexion, believe it or not. So many light shades of foundation, concealer, and primer lean yellow. This shade is a true neutral, not really leaning yellow or pink. Perfect
