Vivicin Cold Sore Cream

My children had both been suffering with really dry lips, and for the first time in years mine were feeling parched too! Our lips were so dry, my usual arsenal of lip balm did nothing! Thankfully, Vivicin cold-sore healing balm happens to be an incredibly emollient lip treatment, that simultaneously helps prevent cold sores from even forming!

Vivicin was born in a lab–the collaboration of a team of doctors from MIT and Harvard–but the product is actually 95% natural ingredients, including: Argan Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Avocado Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Olive Fruit Oil, Baptisia Extract, Natrum Muriaticum, and Arnica Extract. The formula is free of parabens, DEA, TEA, Gluten, benzyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol.

Retail price is $16.95. I can’t speak to the healing of cold sores, but if you have dry lips this teeny little tube is miraculous!

MAC Casual Color can be worn on the cheeks and/or the lips, for perfect creamy color every time! The consistency feels light and almost whipped to me, and Casual Color delivers the most incredible texture to the lips! The shade above is P.S. I Like You, and is described by the brand as a Carnation Pink. This pink leans warm, and wears well paired with other warm shades.
