This winter, when my lips were dry and cracking, I purchased Treat Beauty Soft Candy Lip Scrub to get them back to a soft and supple state. This formula is indeed a treat! This highly-emollient scrub is coarse enough to soften rough lips, and even has a super-sweet taste.

So generally you’ll read about familiar brands on Raging Rouge, and the reason is simply because they are superior.

Every now and then, I am surprised by a new brand that outperforms some old favorites. IT Cosmetics was exactly that surprise when I was introduced to the brand about one year ago. The makeup I have had the opportunity to sample has been heavenly, delivering a beautiful result every time. Their tools are equally divine.  I had sworn off mineral foundation a while ago, but their Celebration Foundation brought me back to the fold, with its amazing coverage and finish.

But I digress. Today I’m actually introducing you to their Vitality Lip Flush Butter Gloss in the shade “I Believe”. This gloss even FEELS good on the lips, and using the word “butter” in the name is brilliant simply because it’s true. This gloss is buttery and decadent.  The color? I’ll let my swatch of “I Believe” below, speak for itself.
