Estee Lauder is really dazzling me this Spring, with their Pretty Naughty color collection! The swatch featured above is the Pure Color Intense Kajal Eyeliner Duo in Black and Blue. This dual-sided pencil features an intense pale blue and a deep black. Naturally, either shade can be worn alone, but paired together they create an incredible high-contrast that makes the eyes pop!
