Sabon, one of my favorite bath and body brands, has recently launched a new line of fragrance. The recently introduced “Essence of Pleasure” contains 8 different scents: 6 “daily perfumes” and 2 “boutique perfumes”.

True to their Israeli roots, Sabon has given each of the daily perfume scents a Hebrew name. Wouldn’t one of these beautiful bottles make a lovely Hanukkah gift? The range contains:

Zer- Rose
Zohar- Musk
Tal- Marine
Shir- Lily
Avir- Jasmine
Oneg- Patchouli Vanilla.

The vanilla warmth of Daily Perfume Oneg is like a warm welcoming hug on a cold day. Not to mention… I always score compliments when I wear it!

A huge 2.81 oz. bottle retails for a mere $32.

Bourjois Cosmetics Reviews: Rendez-vous a Paris

Bourjois has teamed up with artist and illustrator Nathalie Lete to celebrate the brands’ Parisian roots… and the result was simply victorious!

The beautiful products above are part of the Bourjois limited edition “Rendez-vous a Paris” collection. Each makeup case in the collection is adorned with the most gorgeous illustration of a Parisian landmark. Gazing at the artistry makes me want to use this makeup that much more!

The eyeshadow collection is available in four shades here in the USA. From left to right: Noix Precieux (purple black), Beige Rose (nude shimmer), Violet Absolu (purple) and Argent (iridescent grey). I had the opportunity to sample Beige Rose, and the silky consistency is to die for! It’s a fabulous highlighter.

Retail price is $14. Sold exclusively at Ulta.

I’ve loved playing with some of the holiday color collection by MAC! In the Magic, Mirth & Mischief collection, each Mineralize Eye Shadow Duo offered has at least one metallic shade, to ensure this season you are at your shimmery best. For parties, I recommend Mayhem (pictured at left). It’s base color is a dirty brown gold, and the highlight shade is silver. You will positively dazzle!

MAC Reviews: Magic, Mirth & Mischief Mineralize Eye Shadow Duos, Midnight Madness To incorporate some gold into your everyday look, I recommend Midnight Madness. The ashy dark brown base is universally flattering (excellent for crease application, or just as an accent), and the gold highlight gives you that extra something special for the holiday season.
