gloMinerals Review: Limited Edition gloEye Metallic Eye Pencil Kit
Travel-sized solutions make such a great holiday gift idea… particularly if the recipient has traveled to your home to celebrate the holiday season!
Raging Rouge is–and always has been–a fan of gloMinerals. And as such, I have to recommend wholeheartedly this limited edition Metallic gloEye Pencil set. The three petite pencils included in this kit have a touch of on-trend metallic shimmer, and draw a line with razor-sharp precision.
The set comes with dark bronze, platinum and copper. The formula contains vitamins A, C and E to pamper the skin with antioxidants. It is formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive eyes.

Holiday Discount From LaLicious: 25% Off The Collection Gift Set
When I recently received word of this promotion via email, I knew I needed to blog about it immediately for the benefit of my readers.
Ordinarily, I pass on Body Oil. Slathering myself in oil generally makes me feel more like a salad than a woman, but the LaLicious formula is different. LaLicious Body Oil has a gel-like consistency, making it less messy and easier to control while applying. It absorbs rapidly enough that I'm never concerned about staining my clothing, and leaves behind the slightest hint of yummy scent. My super-dry skin just drinks this moisturizing formula right up!
Ordinary retail price for the LaLicous Collection Gift Set (pictured above) is $95, but from November 15 through January 2, you can score 25% off of this set! What a terrific hostess gift this box of 4 full sized products would make.
The Collection Gift Set is offered in the following scents: Brown Sugar & Vanilla, Coconut Cream, Lily Mango, Passionfruit Lime, Island Guava, Tahitian Flower and Peppermint. My pick for the season? Peppermint. Unlike some "mint" scents that can be overpowering in a menthol sort of way, the LaLicious take on Peppermint is sugary sweet, just like a candy cane! Yummy!

MAC Reviews: Magic, Mirth & Mischief Brush Bags
Every holiday season, I wait with bated breath for the MAC holiday makeup collections. This year certainly didn’t disappoint! From generously-stocked value sets, to pro-quality travel-sized brush sets, MAC Magic, Mirth and Mischief is fabulous to the extreme!
When I was pregnant with my second child, I invested in two brush sets. One was full-sized… and is still in use today. The other was for travel, and was stashed in my suitcase for my upcoming hospital stay. Both were the same brand, so I had no reason to expect different results from the petite version.
Imagine my disappointment, when the travel-sized brushes fell apart almost immediately! I couldn’t even use them, and they ended up right in the garbage. My point is this: Not all travel-sized makeup brushes are the same caliber as their full-sized counterparts. MAC is the only brand I have sampled that is the exception. These mini brushes are pro-quality, and providing you give them some TLC they are constructed to last.
Retail price is $49.50 (that’s less than $10 per brush)! Sets available include Wave of a Wand Sweep and Define Brushes, Do-The-Trick Buff and Line Brushes and Morning, Noon & Knight Everything Eye Brushes (pictured).

KENZO Review: FLOWERBYKENZO ESSENTIELLE
FLOWERBYKENZO ESSENTIELLE REVIEW!
The term is “Super Female”, but is better known in the medical community as Triple X Syndrome (or XXX Syndrome). The 1 in 1,000 women born with an extra X chromosome typically stand head and shoulders above the average woman, and have a willowy slender physique. I’ve read speculation that that many super-models can credit their thin bodies to the fact that they are indeed “Super-Female”.
The Super-Female immediately sprung to mind when I sampled the latest Kenzo fragrance, FlowerByKenzo Essentielle. The bottle was designed to be extra-tall and super-slender. The scent? A romantic floral with a delicate super-feminine hint of powder.
This latest introduction by KENZO also happens to be one of my favorites, proving to me that this brand is only getting better with age.
