1) Rinse with accelerator mouth rinse for ten seconds
2) Brush "smile teeth" with whitening gel. "Smile teeth" are the front eight teeth on the top and bottom of your mouth.
3) Turn on tooth whitening light. You can even surround the light with your lips, to help keep it in place (this is what I did).
The three step process, from start to finish, takes only about 3 minutes (seriously!). In one hour, you can repeat the process 20 times, for whitening up to 6 shades lighter than where you started!
