The second I received a press sample of Rimmel London Purple Reign Glam’Eyes HD Shadow Palette, my first thought was that these shades are absolutely perfect for summer 2013. This petite little palette features shadow in four different shades: a deep sparkling grape, a medium cool pink, a medium icy lavender and finally a silver gleaming white. Rimmel London Purple Reign Glam’Eyes HD Shadow Palette
The shades all have some sort of luster or sparkle to them and the white has a metallic edge to it. They’re very high pigment and apply smoothly and evenly, the shades are so rich you would never expect to find something like this at a drugstore.
