Where matte black eye pencil is concerned, MAC Eye Khol in “Smolder” is absolutely perfect. I’m a huge fan of the matte finish craze, and this shade nails the trend.

While MAC Eye Khol is matte, it isn’t completely matte. I’d describe it as more of an eggshell finish, luminous without being shiny. Definitely a winner in this beauty blogger’s book!
