Applied with a sponge-tip applicator, tarte LipSurgence gloss delivers a sheer wash of color to the lips with a high-gloss finish. Envy is described as a mauve/berry shade, and to me it’s a lovely neutral that really enhances the natural color of the lip. It’s function as a barely-there shade that matches with everything is why I carry it everywhere I go!
